📋 Job Summary

Olsten Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee multi-location, cross-functional projects from concept through production and deployment. This role will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate activities between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams
✅ Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
✅ Monitor prototype and production drawing completion timelines
✅ Manage supplier performance and prototype part deliveries
✅ Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
✅ Identify project risks and implement resolution plans
✅ Coordinate testing, installation, and implementation activities
✅ Maintain project documentation and reporting

🎓 Qualifications

✔️ Associate Degree Required
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferred
✔️ 3+ Years of Project Management Experience
✔️ Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams
✔️ Strong Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software
✔️ Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment

Pay Details: $58.07 to $64.52 per hour
