Pay Rate: $15.75 - $20.75 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Position Overview

As a Shell Operator I, you will be responsible for setting up and operating coating systems and manufacturing equipment used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate coating systems, including:

    • Robotic systems

    • Conveyors

    • Fluid beds

    • Slurry tanks

    • Drying tunnels

  • Hang and remove molds from robotic conveyor systems

  • Monitor and record slurry viscosities and temperatures

  • Maintain accurate coating and production records

  • Inspect equipment and materials for quality standards

  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
