PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Olsten Staffing Services is currently hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in North Myrtle Beach. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with good hand dexterity and a strong work ethic to join a fast-paced production environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and follow wire harness and cable assembly instructions.
Route, wire, and assemble electronic components using wire layout boards.
Perform hand assembly according to detailed work instructions.
Operate semi-automatic equipment, including crimp presses, wire twisters, and wire strippers.
Perform functional and continuity testing on wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Use a soldering iron to solder wires to connectors.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished products.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and production standards.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous assembly or production experience preferred, but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
Basic math and communication skills.
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Frequently lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to accurately distinguish wire colors.
Perform frequent pushing and pulling of up to 10 lbs.
Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive hand movements.
Ability to maintain attention to detail throughout the workday.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
