Production Assembler- North Myrtle Beach
Are you detail-oriented with great hand dexterity and a strong work ethic? Olsten Staffing Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Production Assemblers! In this role, you'll build high-quality wire harnesses and cable assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Read and follow wire harness and cable assembly instructions.
Route, wire, and assemble electronic components using wire layout boards.
Perform hand assembly operations according to detailed work instructions.
Operate semi-automatic equipment, including crimp presses, wire twisters, and wire strippers.
Conduct functional and continuity testing on wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Use a soldering iron to solder wires to connectors.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished products.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Previous assembly or production experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
Basic math and communication skills.
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately.
Perform frequent push/pull motions up to 10 pounds.
Comfortable working with small components and repetitive hand movements.

Pay Details: $14.00 per hour
