Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Pay: $18–$20/hour | Job Type: Full-Time

Olsten Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher for a growing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and commercial refrigeration company in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, coordinating home warranty claims, and supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments

  • Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules

  • Coordinate home warranty claims and approvals

  • Respond to online service leads and schedule appointments

  • Process invoices and maintain customer records

  • Promote maintenance service agreements

  • Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience required

  • Dispatching or scheduling experience preferred

  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or service industry experience is a plus

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
