HVAC TECHNICIAN

IMMEDIATE OPENING

Service Areas: Newberry, Aiken, North Augusta, Lugoff, Florence, Cheraw, Columbia, Surfside Beach, and Myrtle Beach areas

Pay Rate: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed

Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Technician for the Columbia metropolitan area and surrounding locations. We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and skilled professional with experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC units

  • Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation system problems

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients

Qualifications

  • Previous HVAC experience required

  • HVAC certification preferred

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed

  • Excellent attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
