Olsten Staffing Services is Hiring a Credit & Collections Specialist in
Myrtle Beach, SC.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Responsible for managing customer credit, reducing financial risk, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer creditworthiness and maintain credit limits
Monitor accounts, release holds, and reduce credit exposure
Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues
Negotiate payment arrangements and send monthly statements
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
Prepare aging, collections, and risk reports
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams
Ensure compliance with company credit policies
Qualifications
2+ years of credit & collections experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience with Oracle, SAP, Excel, and accounting software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: Rate of pay based on experience.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stair climbing as needed

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
