Olsten Staffing Services is Hiring a Credit & Collections Specialist  in
 Myrtle Beach, SC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Responsible for managing customer credit, reducing financial risk, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer creditworthiness and maintain credit limits

  • Monitor accounts, release holds, and reduce credit exposure

  • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and send monthly statements

  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records

  • Prepare aging, collections, and risk reports

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams

  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of credit & collections experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Business

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, Excel, and accounting software

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rate of pay based on experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally

  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stair climbing as needed

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
