Call Center Specialist – Myrtle Beach, SC
Olsten Staffing is seeking motivated and compassionate Call Center Specialists to join a growing team in the Myrtle Beach area. Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Daily Bonus Opportunities
Potential Earnings: $24–$25 per hour with bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate appointments for healthcare providers
Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients
Accurately enter and maintain appointment and patient information
Meet performance goals while maintaining a positive customer experience
Qualifications
Recent call center experience required
Clear, professional, and easily understandable speaking voice
Strong communication and customer service skills
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed

Pay Details: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour
