Call Center Specialist – Myrtle Beach, SC

Olsten Staffing is seeking motivated and compassionate Call Center Specialists to join a growing team in the Myrtle Beach area. This position requires recent call center experience and excellent communication skills. If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

  • Daily Bonus Opportunities

  • Potential Earnings: $24–$25 per hour with bonuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for healthcare providers

  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients

  • Accurately enter and maintain appointment and patient information

  • Meet performance goals while maintaining a positive customer experience

Qualifications

  • Recent call center experience required

  • Clear, professional, and easily understandable speaking voice

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed

Pay Details: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour
