Job Summary:
Olsten Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our client’s team located in Marion, SC. This role is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Must be physically capable of performing a variety of warehouse duties. ? Lead and supervise daily activities within the warehouse, especially within the forklift and operations departments
? Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and company policies
? Coordinate with other teams (e.g., procurement, logistics) for efficient workflow
? Train, motivate, and support team members to maintain productivity and performance
? Help troubleshoot operational issues and minimize disruptions
? Monitor equipment usage and support maintenance where needed
? Prepare and share operational reports and performance metrics
Requirements
?? Warehouse experience with leadership responsibilities (3+ years preferred)
?? Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
?? Ability to motivate and guide a team
?? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
?? Proficient with basic computer systems (MS Office; WMS a plus)
?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience/certification

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
