Now Hiring: Accounting Assistant
Olsten Staffing is seeking an experienced detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Assistant to join our clients team and support their financial operations located in the Conway, SC Area.
Position Summary:
The Accounting Assistant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the overall financial health of the operation. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Support monthly and year-end closing procedures
Prepare reports and assist with budgeting tasks
Respond to vendor and resident inquiries regarding billing
Perform general administrative and clerical accounting duties
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
