Olsten Staffing is assisting an office in Myrtle Beach, SC in their search for a Skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing schedules, and ensuring daily office operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients in the office
Perform administrative duties including assisting clients and managing office communications
Schedule service calls and coordinate technician routes efficiently
Ensure technicians are scheduled appropriately based on travel time and workload
Maintain positive and professional relationships with staff, customers, providers, and administrators
Support daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY!
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Previous clerical or administrative experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with scheduling or coordinating appointments preferred
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted
Position Details
Pay: $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
