Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative for a client’s Conway, SC office. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values initiative, professionalism, and results.

💼 What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding and maintaining the company’s client base:
Identify and pursue new business leads
Connect with decision-makers and build strong relationships
Educate prospects on company services and value
Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach
Maintain detailed reports of client visits and communications
Provide exceptional service and ongoing support to existing customers
Manage your territory independently and drive consistent sales activity
✅ What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of outside sales experience
Proven cold-calling experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a small office environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong reporting and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Pay Details: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour
