Location: Dillon, SC
Position: Intake Specialist
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $13.00 Per Hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and assist clients in a professional, friendly manner
Conduct intake interviews and collect required documentation
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and partnering agencies
Support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with company polices and state guidelines
REQUIREMENTS:
HSD or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer and data-entry skills
Customer service experience preferred
Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
