Are you highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in logistics or clerical support? We are hiring an Inbound Logistics Clerk for one of our clients located in Loris, SC. This is a full-time, 40 hour-per-week opportunity with competitive pay starting at $15.00 hourly. Apply Now if the meet the qualifications listed below.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage container and product schedules
- Perform accurate data entry for logistics records and shipping tracking
- Review and update product information from invoices for each incoming container
- Provided clerical support to the inbound logistics team
- Follow up with Flexport (third-party vendor) to ensure timely container updates
- investigate and resolve issues related to unexpected container arrivals
- Communicate proactively with distribution centers regarding container schedules
- Provide at least two weeks' notice to DCs for all incoming containers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP)
- Experience using Gmail in a professional setting
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills, especially with vendors and internal teams
