Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting Operator Repair Associates for a leading manufacturer in Conway, SC. This is an entry-level opportunity with competitive pay, overtime potential, and room to grow!
💵 Pay & Schedule
Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
This position plays a key role in production operations. Responsibilities include:
Entering and verifying batch compositions (alloys) in computer systems
Monitoring melt chemistry, taking samples, and making adjustments
Raking and removing scrap materials from floors and machinery
Performing general cleanup of work areas
Supporting additional production tasks as needed
Note: The role begins with hands-on physical work, including raking, bending, and repetitive movement.
✅ What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Comfortable working in warm to very hot environments (especially during summer months)
Willingness to wear required safety gear (must be clean shaven at all times)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
