Olsen is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support growing customer demand and help drive supply chain excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in procurement, supply chain management, and manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do:
✅ Support supply chain strategies and cost-saving initiatives
✅ Assist with supplier negotiations and sourcing activities
✅ Coordinate RFQs, RFPs, and cost analysis projects
✅ Manage PPAP activities and supplier follow-up efforts
✅ Update and maintain supply chain systems and databases
✅ Support new product launches, engineering changes, and process improvements
✅ Collaborate with commodity managers, quality teams, engineering, and operations
✅ Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and metrics
✅ Participate in cross-functional meetings and project teams
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Cost Management, or a related field
✔ Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
✔ Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools
✔ Excellent communication and project management skills
✔ Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
✔ Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
Education Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree required
