Olsten Staffing is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Florence, SC! This position is ideal for candidates with previous experience operating a handheld remote-controlled overhead crane in a manufacturing, steel processing, or industrial environment.

🔧 Essential Responsibilities
✅ Operate a handheld remote-controlled overhead crane to transport steel materials throughout the facility.
✅ Safely move materials while following all company safety procedures and policies.
✅ Deliver materials accurately and efficiently to support production requirements.
✅ Verify material information and maintain inventory accuracy.
✅ Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
✅ Work independently when needed while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Previous overhead crane operating experience required
✔️ Experience operating a remote-controlled overhead crane
✔️ Manufacturing, steel processing, metal fabrication, or industrial experience preferred
✔️ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔️ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
✔️ Forklift experience required
💪 Physical Requirements
🔹 Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
🔹 Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
🔹 Ability to safely work around moving equipment and production machinery

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
