Dispensing Room Technician

💲 Pay: $16.00 per hour
⏰ Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dispensing Room Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation, productivity, and quality of the Production Conditioning Room and related equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring urethane equipment is properly filled, maintained, and producing quality material at all times.
As a key member of the Production Team, you will help drive consistency, efficiency, and quality while supporting daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform documented inspections and checks on all dispensing equipment.
Prepare dispensing lines for daily startup.
Order and manage urethane inventory for production needs.
Complete scheduled tank fill-ups throughout the shift, including before breaks and shift end.
Replace and properly dispose of empty urethane containers.
Mix materials in drums according to established procedures.
Conduct daily quality checks on production materials.
Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and support teams.
Clean and maintain the Conditioning Room and all dispensing areas, including tanks, cylinders, hoses, and floors.
Operate the media blaster and clean molds as needed.
Monitor air pressure and maintain air lines, reporting issues immediately to Maintenance.
Complete daily production reports accurately and on time.
Assist with training new employees.
Promote teamwork and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery and basic computer systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
Ability to safely perform all job duties while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Reliable attendance with the ability to report to work on time and work the full shift.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
