Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is not your typical customer service role. In this position, you'll wear multiple hats and play a key role in supporting customer needs, sales efforts, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications
Customer and client communications
Responding to customer needs
Supporting sales activities
Building positive customer relationships
Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
Create and process invoices
Generate shipping labels
Assist with customer inquiries and support client needs
Serve as backup for labor entry functions
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Support general office operations and administrative tasks
Act as a backup Shipping Clerk when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous customer service and office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
