Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English/Spanish)

💲 Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Olsten Staffing is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist position. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account-related inquiries.

• Research and resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service.

• Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Document customer interactions accurately.

• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.

• Identify solutions and proactively address customer needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of work experience required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using computer systems and technology.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
