Olsten Staffing is Hiring: Plasma Table Machine Operator📍 Florence, SC
💲 Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM until approximately 5:00 PM
Olsten Staffing is currently seeking a Plasma Table Machine Operator for a local steel fabrication facility. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and have experience operating machinery, reading measurements, and working with metal products.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate a CNC plasma cutting table to cut steel plates and metal materials according to specifications.
Load and unload steel plates onto the machine.
Read work orders, blueprints, and measurements to ensure accurate cuts.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, fabrication, or metalworking experience preferred.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Experience reading blueprints is a plus.
Ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Dependable attendance and work ethic.
