Olsten Staffing is Hiring: MIG Welder (1st Shift)
📍 Location: Lamar, SC
🕒 Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
⏰ Overtime: Possible overtime on Fridays
💲 Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
Olsten Staffing is currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a growing manufacturing facility in the Lamar area. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for a stable first-shift position.
Responsibilities
Perform Industrial MIG welding on a variety of metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications
Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
Previous INDUSTRIAL MIG welding experience required, no robotics
Welding certifications are required
Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
