Olsten Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler/Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Florence, SC. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are moved efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Responsibilities:
✅ Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials and finished goods
✅ Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
✅ Supply production lines with materials as needed
✅ Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material counts
✅ Inspect materials and report any damage or discrepancies
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Qualifications:
✔ Previous forklift experience required
✔ Ability to safely operate industrial equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
✔ Valid driver's license required
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
✔ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
✔ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Preferred:
⭐ Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
⭐ Experience loading/unloading trucks and moving production materials

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
