General Laborer – Well Drilling & Pump Installation
💲 Pay: $15.00 per hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join a well drilling and pump installation team. This position offers hands-on experience in a skilled trade with the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance.
Responsibilities
Assist with water well drilling operations
Help install, repair, and maintain water pumps
Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Operate hand and power tools as directed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Travel to various job sites as needed
Work occasional night shifts when project demands require
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Previous construction, drilling, or labor experience is a plus but not required
