📅 Sunday – Thursday
⏰ 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
➕ Additional days may be required based on production needs.
🏭 Position Summary
The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating, setting up, and changing tools on computer-controlled manufacturing equipment. This role supports production quality, performs preventive maintenance activities, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
✅ Essential Responsibilities
🔹 Operate manufacturing equipment following standard work instructions and procedures.
🔹 Set up machines by selecting the correct programs, tooling, and holding devices.
🔹 Install, align, and adjust machine tooling for production runs.
🔹 Perform first-piece inspections and verify product quality before continuing production.
🔹 Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
🔹 Use measuring instruments and dimensional inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met.
🔹 Operate drills, cutters, grinders, dies, and related production equipment.
🔹 Monitor machine performance and identify quality or operational issues.
🔹 Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) activities and equipment inspections.
🔹 Participate in daily toolbox meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Support workplace organization and safety programs including 5S and quality processes.
🔹 Communicate machine defects, quality concerns, and production issues to leadership.
🎯 Qualifications
✔ Required
🎓 High School Diploma or GED
📌 Minimum 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
📖 Ability to read and understand production documents and work instructions
➕ Basic math skills
🎯 Strong attention to detail and quality

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
