Olsten Staffing is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support a growing organization in Florence, SC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional service while managing customer inquiries and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
🗂️ Key Responsibilities
📞 Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
📧 Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide information and resolve concerns
📝 Enter and maintain accurate customer information and records
📦 Process orders, track requests, and provide status updates as needed
🤝 Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members
📅 Assist with scheduling, coordinating customer requests, and managing follow-up communications
📄 Prepare and maintain customer-related documentation and reports
🔍 Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
✅ Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information
✅ Qualifications
Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently

Experience in a customer-facing role

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
