Olsten Staffing is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and critically minded individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is essential in maintaining smooth front-desk operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

๐Ÿ“ž Customer Service Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, CRM system, and in person with accuracy and empathy

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred) ๐ŸŽ“

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
