Olsten Staffing is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and critically minded individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is essential in maintaining smooth front-desk operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. ๐
๐ Customer Service Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, CRM system, and in person with accuracy and empathy
Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred) ๐
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
