📞 Customer Service Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, CRM system, and in person with accuracy and empathy
Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred) 🎓
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
