We have an immediate opening for a friendly, professional and organized Receptionist for a local insurance agency. This is a key front-facing role responsible for creating a positive first impression and supporting daily office operations.

In this role, you will greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, assist clients with basic inquiries and route them to the appropriate team member, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Previous receptionist, administrative or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, computer and interpersonal skills a must. Opportunity for growth within the agency with training and development in the insurance industry.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
