✨ Join a caring pediatric office where your work truly makes a difference! We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and is passionate about supporting a team that serves children and families.
🧾 What You’ll Do:
✅ Follow up on outstanding insurance claims (Medicaid & commercial)
✅ Post charges, payments, and remittances (EOBs) accurately
✅ Research and resolve denied or unpaid claims
✅ Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status 📞
✅ Work AR aging reports and assist with keeping accounts current
✅ Support a smooth and accurate billing and revenue cycle process
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2–3+ years of medical billing and/or accounts receivable experience required
✔️ Strong knowledge of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management
✔️ Experience working with Medicaid is highly preferred
✔️ Certification in medical billing or a related field is a plus
✔️ Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
✔️ Compassionate, team-oriented, and takes pride in their work 💙
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
