What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with loan applications, payments, and account questions

  • Prepare and process loan documents

  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily transactions

  • Build relationships with customers and generate new business

  • Help manage delinquent accounts with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities

  • Comfortable with computers, data entry, and 10-key calculations

  • Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure

  • Finance or lending experience is a plus—but not required!

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
