What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with loan applications, payments, and account questions
Prepare and process loan documents
Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily transactions
Build relationships with customers and generate new business
Help manage delinquent accounts with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
Comfortable with computers, data entry, and 10-key calculations
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
Finance or lending experience is a plus—but not required!

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
