Position Overview
The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for coordinating care between clients and medical providers while supporting nursing staff with essential clinical and logistical functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate care between patients, nurses, physicians, and other medical providers
Assist nursing staff with clinical support and daily operational needs
Provide direct patient care in a busy, fast-paced clinic setting
Work collaboratively with multiple providers and non-clinical staff
Respond appropriately to emergency situations
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a non-judgmental and professional attitude
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
Current CPR certification (must be maintained)
Basic medical knowledge
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience working with patients and providers from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles

Pay Details: $15.91 per hour
