Olsten Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to join a growing team in Florence, SC! This is a full-time, on-site position supporting office technology equipment and providing top-tier service to clients.
🛠️ Role Description
As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing office technology equipment including printers, copiers, and networking systems
Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal device performance
Providing exceptional customer support and on-site service
Collaborating with team members to resolve complex technical challenges
Delivering timely, reliable service to clients
✅ Qualifications
Strong experience troubleshooting and maintaining printers, copiers, and related office technology
Knowledge of network configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and system integration
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to on-site challenges
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus 🎓
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or an associate degree preferred
Prior experience in a field service technician role is highly desirable

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
