Olsten Staffing is seeking a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Tier 2 Helpdesk Associate to join a growing IT support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working independently, and assisting with more advanced technical issues escalated from Tier 1 support.
đź”§ Key Responsibilities
Resolve escalated support tickets from Tier 1 Helpdesk Associates
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on resolutions and next steps 📞
Accurately document troubleshooting steps and ticket updates 📝
Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and internal teams when needed
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Collaborate with team members to ensure service standards are met
âś… Preferred Qualifications
Prior Tier 2 (or equivalent) helpdesk or technical support experience
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills đź’ˇ
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support environments
Multitasking skills are a must!
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM- $18⏰

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
