Olsten Staffing is currently seeking an outgoing and motivated Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and place candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire positions
Provide exceptional customer service to both job seekers and client companies
Conduct interviews and match candidates with appropriate job opportunities
Maintain consistent communication with employees and clients
Complete onboarding processes, including employment eligibility and documentation
Support daily office operations (phones, emails, scheduling)
Build and maintain strong relationships through professionalism and follow-up
Qualifications
Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
Strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, call center, or office experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Career-driven mindset with a desire to grow in the staffing industry
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Previous experience in staffing or human resources is a plus

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
