Olsten Staffing is recruiting for an Estate Clerk for a well-established company in Florence, SC.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support estate and office operations. This role involves a combination of clerical, paralegal support, and customer communication duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform paralegal support tasks related to estate processing
Complete accurate and timely data entry
Handle general telephone duties, including answering and directing calls
Maintain and organize estate files and documentation
Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications:
Previous clerical, administrative, or paralegal experience preferred
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
