A private, well-maintained residence in Florence is seeking an experienced and highly professional Housekeeper to support the daily care, cleanliness, and organization of the home. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards and is seeking a long-term position in a respectful and stable household.

Monday – Friday
Up to 40 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate)
Compensation
Starting at $21+ per hour, commensurate with experience and professionalism
Position Overview
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the home to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate household needs while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed cleaning of all living spaces, ensuring a consistently high standard
Manage all aspects of laundry, including garment care and linen changes
Maintain an orderly, well-organized home environment
Uphold cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dish care
Monitor household inventory and assist with supply and grocery needs
Provide light support to household operations as needed
Work comfortably in a home environment with dogs
Qualifications
Proven experience in private household housekeeping or similar high-standard environments
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and respect for privacy
Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Stable work history and interest in long-term employment

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
