This company supports specialty insurance markets including property, casualty, extended device protection, and preneed insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and advance
â Position: Customer Care Specialist
Location: Florence, SC
Assignment Type: Temp
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Work Hours:
Training: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM (ET)
Must be available to work any shift between 6:00 AM â 9:00 PM, including weekends
Two days off per week
Dress Code: Professional
Start: ASAP

As a Customer Care Specialist, you serve as the primary voice of the company and its clients. You will help customers navigate issues related to hazard insurance, mortgage servicing, loanâlevel inquiries, and property loss. đ Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
Research and resolve loanâlevel inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
Take initiative to understand customer challenges and prevent future issues
Participate in special projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records
Uphold quality service standards and problemâsolve effectively
Complete robust paid training including classroom, online, and shadowing components
đ Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
1 year of work experience required (customer service or call center preferred)
College degree with 0â1 year of experience is preferred

Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Ability to âWOWâ customers on every call
Strong problemâsolving and multitasking skills
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fastâpaced environment
Comfortable using technology for call handling, review, and documentation

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
