Talent Acquisition Sourer (Remote – Work From Home)
Pay Rate: $32.75/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, North America
Education
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or high-volume recruitment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS/CRM platforms.
Advanced talent search techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches.
Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and professional networks.
Mindset
Proactive, curious, and resilient.
Data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourer supports the North America Talent Acquisition team by proactively identifying and engaging active and passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs. This role focuses heavily on candidate sourcing, outreach, and initial screening. The Sourer is often the first point of contact for candidates and plays a key role in delivering a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source active and passive candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean, X-ray), social media platforms (LinkedIn), job boards, professional networks, and databases.
Build and maintain reusable talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
Conduct talent and market mapping by company, industry, and geographic location.
Craft compelling outreach messages, building rapport, and initiate meaningful candidate conversations.
Partner with recruiters and hire managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market conditions.
Positively represent the company and its career opportunities, promoting a strong employer brand.
Utilize ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment metrics to track sourcing activity and report results.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Details: $32.75 per hour
