Olsten Staffing is seeking a motivated Help Desk Associate to support technical users in a fast‑paced environment. This role may be considered at Tier 1 or Tier 2, depending on your experience level.
If you enjoy solving problems, providing excellent customer service, and working with computers and devices, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Tier 1 Level Tasks:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional support

  • Create, update, and manage support tickets

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for computers, hardware, and printers

  • Document customer interactions accurately

  • Work effectively within a team environment

Tier 2 Level Tasks:

  • Handle escalated service requests from Tier 1

  • Troubleshoot advanced hardware/software issues

  • Diagnose connectivity problems and resolve more complex technical concerns

  • Provide clear communication with customers regarding next steps

  • Document resolutions and escalate when necessary

  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities


✔️ Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Technical troubleshooting experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2 level)

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Experience with ticketing systems (preferred)

  • Computer literacy, Windows/Mac OS familiarity

  • Ability to work Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
