About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and workflow
Assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, or employee paperwork
Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and general organization
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
Qualifications
Prior experience in office administration or office management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Friendly, professional, and reliable

Pay Details: $15.00 to $21.00 per hour
