About the Role

The Office Manager will oversee administrative functions, support leadership, and help maintain an efficient, welcoming, and productive workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both structure and variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and workflow

  • Assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications

  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, or employee paperwork

  • Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and general organization

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office administration or office management

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable

Pay Details: $15.00 to $21.00 per hour
