Senior Mechanical Engineer – Systems Engineering
📍 On-Site | 💵 $58–$64/hr | 🕗 Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM
Olsten Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to support system-level design, analysis, and integration for complex mechanical products. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys leading cross-functional projects and driving technical solutions from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities
Evaluate system impacts of component and sub-system changes
Lead 3D modeling, prototyping, performance studies & cost analyses
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable engineering specs
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, field support & manufacturing teams
Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement
Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering + 6 yrs experience
OR Master’s + 4 yrs
Strong system integration & mechanical design skills
AutoCAD + advanced 3D CAD (Creo preferred)
Experience with DFMEA, DFM, RCA/RCFA & engineering documentation
Proficiency in Excel; Mathcad preferred
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
On-site work required

Pay Details: $58.00 to $64.00 per hour
