We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Care Specialist to support one of Olsten Staffing’s client sites. In this role, you will be the voice of the organization, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience with every interaction. 📞 Responsibilities
📚 Handle inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
🤝 Listen actively, show empathy, and work toward effective resolutions.
🔍 Research, troubleshoot, and resolve loan‑level issues while documenting accurately.
💡 Understand customers’ challenges and proactively help prevent future issues.
🔄 Adapt quickly to updates in processes and priorities.
🎓 Participate in classroom, online, and hands‑on training.
📌 Support special projects or additional tasks as needed.

🔎 Strong attention to detail
🗣️ Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
⭐ Ability to deliver outstanding service and “WOW” customers on every call
💭 Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
🔄 Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment
🖥️ Ability to multi‑task using multiple systems
🎓 High school diploma or GED + 1 year of work experience required
🎓 College degree with 0–1 year of experience preferred
🗂️ Assignment Details
Type: Temp
Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)
Work Hours: Must be available between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, any day of the week, including weekends (two days off provided)
Pay Rate: 💲**$16.00/hr (based on experience)**
