Now Hiring: Electrical Engineer
Location: Florence, SC
Pay Rate: $49.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer in the Florence, SC area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization offering competitive pay and full benefits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering plus 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of power distribution, protection, and control systems
Experience with North American electrical codes and standards
Strong understanding of power components, distribution and protection systems, and controls theory and applications
Electrical engineering experience with wiring diagrams, system analysis, motors, and control applications
Experience working with suppliers and third-party agencies, including national and local code enforcement organizations (UL, CSA, ASME, NFPA, TSSA, NEC preferred)
Proficiency with ECAD tools such as Cadence, AutoCAD, E3, and Creo
Understanding of PCB assembly and related manufacturing processes
Experience using test and measurement equipment
Ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable plans that meet product requirements, quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations
Hands-on lab experience supporting electrical architecture, embedded software design, testing, integration, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, matrix environments

Pay Details: $49.50 per hour
