We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client’s 2nd-shift team in the Effingham area! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly and production on track.
What You’ll Do:
Keep machinery, equipment, and systems in top working condition
Perform routine maintenance — lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement
Inspect and service equipment to prevent costly downtime
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
Repair or replace faulty components to keep operations flowing
What We’re Looking For:
Previous industrial maintenance experience (required)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work 2nd shift

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
