Position: Full-Time Litigation Paralegal
Location: Florence, SC

The firm also handles environmental law and alternative dispute resolution services like mediation and arbitration. Known for its experienced attorneys and high ethical standards, the firm represents clients in complex civil matters including construction defects, product liability, and personal injury claims.
📌 Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Paralegal focusing on Insurance Defense with a requirement to track and bill time.
The position requires a Certificate or Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field and is located in Florence, SC.
Responsibilities include:
Tracking a large caseload managed by several attorneys
Preparing legal memoranda
Communicating with clients and third-party vendors
Assisting attorneys with mediation and trial preparation
Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and motions
Managing calendars, prioritizing case tasks, and supporting attorneys as needed
✅ Qualifications
Paralegal certification or degree in a related field preferred
Knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in document review and analysis
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with insurance defense is a plus

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
