Olsten Staffing is assisting a large manufacturing plant in finding an experienced and reliable Office Manager to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent pay, great benefits, and a stable work environment.
Direct Hire ($23–$25/hr)
🕓 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)

Key Responsibilities
Process hourly payroll using ADP
Manage and monitor weekly inventory of office and facility supplies; place orders before shortages occur
Order personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Coordinate with Marketplace vendors for supplies and services
Create and format presentations and reports
Conduct new employee safety orientations
Perform various administrative duties and assist management as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of office management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with ADP payroll preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
