Olsten Staffing is assisting a large manufacturing plant in finding an experienced and reliable Office Manager to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent pay, great benefits, and a stable work environment.

Direct Hire ($23–$25/hr)


🕓 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a long-term opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team! This is a direct hire position offering great pay, a full benefits package, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process hourly payroll using ADP

  • Manage and monitor weekly inventory of office and facility supplies; place orders before shortages occur

  • Order personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

  • Coordinate with Marketplace vendors for supplies and services

  • Create and format presentations and reports

  • Conduct new employee safety orientations

  • Perform various administrative duties and assist management as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of office management experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Experience with ADP payroll preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
