What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
Provide prompt, professional support for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
