Location: Florence, SC
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
About the Role:
Olsten Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and enhance quality management systems at our client’s manufacturing facility in Florence, SC. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CGMP, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to FDA regulations and HACCP principles.
Oversee quality control activities throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify improvements and implement corrective actions to elevate product quality.
Analyze product quality data and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure products meet quality standards prior to release.
Provide training and guidance on quality systems and best practices to staff at all levels.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
Proven experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality control measures.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on product quality.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for continuous improvement.
Skilled in project management to lead quality improvement projects effectively.
Exceptional communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
Familiarity with QA/QC principles and best practices.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
