Supervisor – Janitorial Department (2nd Shift)

Olsten Staffing is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for a facility in the Florence, SC area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of janitorial staff.

  • Assign cleaning tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Train, mentor, and support team members.

  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; submit inventory requests as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding schedules, issues, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility services required.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time, 2nd shift.

  • Starting pay: $15.00/hour.

  • Temp-to-hire position.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
