Job Title: Project Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Representative to join our team. This role is critical in supporting infrastructure projects by obtaining precise measurements of critical infrastructure components, coordinating with field and office teams, and ensuring project accuracy through detailed plan interpretation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction documents, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently in the field using a smartphone and other digital tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately obtain and record measurements of critical infrastructure in the field.

  • Interpret and work from construction plans, blueprints, and drawings.

  • Document site conditions and project data using a smartphone or other mobile devices.

  • Communicate findings clearly with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure all site visits and data collection are conducted safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain a well-organized log of daily activities and measurements.

  • Drive to various job sites as required.


Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (MVR may be required).

  • Own and operate a smartphone for field documentation and communication.

  • Ability to obtain accurate field measurements of infrastructure (e.g., utility lines, roadways, etc.).

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding construction plans and related documents.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous fieldwork or construction experience is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of surveying equipment or mobile measurement tools.

  • Experience working on civil or utility infrastructure projects.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
