Location: Florence Area
Company: Partnering with Olsten Staffing

Olsten Staffing is currently assisting a well-established company in the Florence area with their search for a Maintenance Inventory Clerk. This role supports the inventory process for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts and general supplies using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log MRO parts and supplies into the CMMS (MP2) system.

  • Safely unload deliveries and operate a forklift when necessary.

  • Prepare outbound shipments, including palletizing and securing materials.

  • Issue and return tools, radios, and parts to and from the maintenance staff.

  • Conduct inventory cycle counts using handheld scanners and update CMMS accordingly.

  • Transport parts and supplies between the Dinuba and Tulare facilities using a company vehicle.

  • Maintain reliable, on-time attendance.

 

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

  • Language: Able to read and interpret safety manuals and procedures, write basic reports, and communicate effectively.

  • Math: Proficient in basic math, including fractions, percentages, and interpreting graphs.

  • Reasoning: Capable of following written and verbal instructions and solving routine problems using standard procedures.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be certified or able to become certified in forklift operation.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and reach throughout the shift.

  • Frequent lifting and handling of materials; must use proper lifting techniques.

  • Some tasks may involve overhead or below-waist reaching.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
